How can I update my account?
Updates can be made on the Change Profile page after you are logged in. To make changes you will have to provide your current password.

Why should I provide a non-county e-mail address?
The portal is available on the internet, even from home. If you forget your password, you may not be able to access your county e-mail. If you have a Notes account you should automatically receive a copy of your password there too.

My employee number is wrong. How can I change it?
You can only change your employee number if you are a DPSS employee. You will have to provide all required information and you will be verified against an employee database. If the information you provide is not the same as what is in the database, your update will not be accepted. If you are a contractor or other non-DPSS employee, you will not be able to update the employee number. Contractors will automatically be assigned a number for use on the portal since some portal functions require a unique number.

Why can't I update my e-mail address?
The system checks to see if your e-mail address follows internet standards. Some e-mail systems allow non-standard addressing schemes which will be rejected. If you know your e-mail address is correct, but can't get it in, you may send a note to the webmaster from here. Please note that your Notes e-mail id is not a valid internet format. You can look up your e-mail address for use on the internet here.
